it means Body weight increase from the normal limit because The accumulation of fat and that The accumulation is becuase the Imbalance between the energy of food that enter the body and the Energy consumed in the body …. ok let me be soo simple

1- the first thing you should know is that ( the fast food is not helping you to lose your weight but it makes it worse because it increase your fats )
2- vegetables soo good for making you healthy and to help you losing your weight
3- fruit is soo good to your health and to make you not feel hungry all the day and it will prevent you to eat too much everyday
4- Cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce is very very good to your healthy and to make your lose alot of your weight fast …
so try to eat alot of them everyday ..
5- try to eat sea foods 3 times weekly that will help you too .
6- try not to eat meat more than 2 times weekly
7- eat chicken 2 times weekly but it should be Poached
don’t stay at home so long so you don’t think about food too much
but don’t go to the night clubs too (*_^) we need you wakeup and in your mind (*_^)
the most important part in all this tips will be here -===
1- try to not driving your car soo much i mean the places that not need cars to go to it …. but don’t walk at night becase i worry about you and you know you can not walk at night because there is some bad people may be around and i don’t want something to happen to you and then you say damn …. i don’t need that shit about weight loss and i don’t want to continue following that tipse ..
2- walk everyday 30 min ( but not the time what is important but the technique in walking is the most important )
ok i will explain to you right now …..
you will walk Regularly but in Fast walker like you are hurry but don’t run just walking but fast walking and make your Back straight to let the Circulation of the blood in your body go normal so you should make your back straight …
you will walk normal and regulary for the first 5 min and then your will walk faster the next 15 min and then your will reduce your speed to be normal walking for 2 min and the last 8 min will be fast walking again …
3- your should make Abdominal Exercises after your walking
don’t ever eat before you go to sleep
don’t eat too much after 8 pm
don’t eat foods full of fat after 8 pm
that is all tipse is the most useful and important and will make your see realy good result so just follow me and your will not lose anything but your will be the one who earns the weight loss
